Dear Paul,
I've heard you are an expert on Mike Mentzer's training philosophy and I'd like to ask you a question. I have been reading about Heavy Duty workouts and they all seems to be split routines, i.e. chest and back, legs, shoulders and arms, but did Mike ever do or recommend full body workouts? I want to try Mike's high intensity training but would rather train my whole body every workout.
Thanks,
Donny

Hi Donny,
Yes, many people consider me an expert on Mike Mentzer and High Intensity Heavy Duty Training, I have very book Mike ever published and I was also personally trained by Mike before he passed away.
Mike Mentzer did do full body training many times throughout his life, and in the little known books "The Mentzer Method to Fitness" and "Mike Mentzer's Complete Book of Weight Training" he listed full body routines that should take only about 20 minutes to complete.
Here's a sample full body high intensity workout:
Full Squats
Bench Press
Bent Over Rows
Press Over Head
Barbell Curls
Triceps Extensions
Barbell Shrugs
Calf Rasies
Sit Ups
It's also important to watch Mike Mentzer's Workout video see https://www.trulyhuge.com/Mike_Mentzer_HIT_Video.htm so you can see the exact exercise form, repetition speed, etc. that Mike would use when he trained people.
