Losing muscle tone with age

Posted by: Yosef

I am a 75 yr. old male and have worked out most of my life. I currently lift 5 times/wk. I understand that as we get older many things change, however even though I have not gained weight, I have become soft in my pecs and around my middle, muffin top. My diet hasn't changed and is quite healthy. Little to no sugar and plenty of protein. Any thoughts would be most appreciated.

Things change hormonally as we get older, we begin to losing muscle tone and gaining fat, and even without over weight gain end up with a softer body.

I suggest a testosterone booster such as Andro-Shock see https://www.trulyhuge.com/andro-sh.htm and an HGH Booster such as HGH Advance see https://www.trulyhuge.com/hgh.htm.

Best,

Paul
