Hi,
I am a 22 year old male with 5 feet 8 inches of height and 60 kg of weight.
I work out for 45-60 minutes a day with 15 minutes running, 130-150 numbers of push ups and 100 numbers of crunches with moderate amount of other physical activities like walking and playing for 1 hour.
What should be my carb and protein intake in grams, note it, in GRAMS , in a day and how should I divide it?
Please make a time table like what amount of protein and carbs to eat in what hours of gap.
