Hello,
I have been trying for weeks now to do squats properly, with and without weights. But no matter what I do, I cant keep my heels from coming up off the ground. Have you trained anyone else that has had this problem?

What I did is start out with a board under my heals and over time used a thinner and thiner board until I could do the squats with out any thing under my heals.
