I am a carpet cleaning tech and am basically doing cardio all day at work. �I was doing a 5 day circuit of chest/back, bi's/tris, shoulders/legs.
I just decided today to try to do a monday wednesday friday full body routine. �I figured this would give me time to gain some weight and try to load up �on good carbs to gain size then may be able to go back to the 5 day split when I want to cut. �
What are your thoughts on this? �I have been on the 5 day regimine for almost a year taking a 4 day break every once in a while. �
Yes, a full body 3 times a week routine is great for putting on size.
