I'm interesting in something. When I do exersise on floor for muscles of press, legs and then quickly stand up blood come to my head and I have a headache, I am unable to continue exersies for few minutes. Such exersises are doing with music in team and after execises on floor I should seat around 5-10 minutes while others continue fitness training. How should I stand up after doing execises on floor? Each time I have a headache even after relax for 10 minutes. I asked trainer about it but she say just to relax 10 minutes on the floor, but it doesn't help.
