Hi,
I'm a 51 year old male who works out regularly. Weight training with moderate free weights. I eat decently, but am wondering if I need to take a protein supplement, or creatine to improve my results. I'm concerned about adding a lot of calories. I don't have time to do a lot of cardio work. I'm 6' 185. I see that creatine comes in pill form. Any suggestions?
Yes, protein and creatine can help to improve your results in the gym.
We have both a protein (amino acid) supplement and a creatine supplement that come in capsule form and have no added calories so you will gain only muscle and not fat.
See Nitrobol Amino Acids and Pumped Extreme Creatine
