I first got on Anavol late last year and was using it for about 3 months straight. I noticed absolutely zero side effects. I also noticed more definition in the areas I worked hard, as well as recovery. I'm back on it now and hope to see the same results I saw the first time.JRJensen
I used Anavol for a month exactly as recommended. Sorry, I didn't see or feel anything except for a possible side effect of a headache after each workout. I drink lots of water so that is not to blame. I don't know if it was from the Anavol or overexertion but I gave it a good go and got nothing out of it.

I took Anavol for two weeks I have gained lots of power to lift heavy every work out. I stick with what works, just take them how there directed an make sure you read about it and drink water, water,no sodas, high in carb juices, exceptorange juice in the morning thats a must. Anval is a 5 star supplement for me!
