How To Transform Your Body In 12 Weeks

Today, we are going to go over what it takes for you to get a great
body in as little as 12 weeks period. If you haven't achieved your 
best body yet, please pay attention to the following information.

So what does it take to get the kind of body that makes you feel 
proud of and makes others give you compliments? It's a combination 
of 5 things. Here they are:

1.  Correct Cardio Training.

2.  Correct Workouts.

3.  Correct Nutrition Plans.

4.  Adequate Amount of Sleep and Rest.

5.  Correct Supplementation

When you combine the above factors, the results will come fast. 
If you do only one or two, such as just nutrition or just exercise 
as most people do, then rusluts will be slower or not at all. 
I'm going to give you some basic tips about the factors. 

1. Correct Cardio Training:  

You want to do intense but short cardio sessions when doing 
cardio training. You will burn more f at than doing it for 
longer periods. 3 times a week 20-30 minutes max is normal.

2. Correct Workouts:  

You want to lift only about 3 to 4 times a week for about 
45 minutes to 1 hour max. Alternate upper body and lower
body workouts every other day. To gain strength and size, 
stay within the 5-8 rep range. To gain muscle, stay within 
the  8-12 rep range. To tone up stay within the 12 to 15 rep 
range. 

3. Correct Nutrition Plan:
  
You need to eat a "pre-determined" amount of calories from 
protein, carbs and f at. You can do this by eating 5-6 small 
meals a day. About 2-3 hours in between meals.

4. Adequate Amount of Sleep:  

For a proper body function and muscle repair, your body 
needs at least 8 hours of sleep each night.

5.  Correct Supplementation:  

Did you know that by taking certain vitamins, you can prolong 
your life?... Also,did you know that there are certain f at 
burners, you take that will help you burn f at without 
exercising? Yes, it's true.  There are even muscle-gain 
supplements that you can take, that will help you gain muscle. 
There is a lot of hype out there, but there are some supplements 
that do work also.
