Easy Bodybuilding Recipes


Here are some easy bodybuilding recipes you will enjoy when you are short of time, or just want something quick.

Quick Bodybuilding Meals


Egg Salad Sandwich

3-4 boiled egg whites (may keep 1-2 yolks)
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise (low fat)
1 tbsp. Mustard
ground black pepper
2 slices Whole Wheat bread
shredded lettuce

1/2 can tuna

Chop egg whites and put in medium bowl. Add mustard, mayo, tuna and black pepper. Mix well and serve on bread with lettuce if desired.


Bodybuilding Meal Ideas


Tuna Casserole

3-4 Cups cooked pasta
1-2 Cans tuna in water (drained)
1/2 Cup low fat cottage cheese (drained)
1/4 Cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. Mayonnaise (low fat)
ground black pepper
1/2 Cup canned peas (rinsed & drained)

Mix all ingredient in medium sized bowl until mixed well. When ready to eat, microwave for about 1 minute.


Banana Custard

6 egg whites
2 whole eggs
1 cup dry oats
1 banana or mixture of your favorite fruit
1 scoop whey
4-8 packets of Splenda or other sugar substitute

Place all ingredients in blender and mix. Pour mixture into a large microwavable bowl and heat on high for 3-4 mins stirring halfway through. Mixture will begin to thicken. Add natural peanut butter if desired.

Calories: 750
Protein: 55 g
Carbs: 85 g
Fat: 17 g
