Beef liver contains creatine for strength, carnitine for testosterone support and fat metabolism, B vitamins for energy and metabolism, and iron to support the production of myoglobin.

Benefits of Eating Liver

What makes liver so essential to your health is that it contains more nutrients, gram for gram, than any other food. Liver is an excellent source of high-quality protein, contains all the B vitamins in abundance, particularly B12, and its one of the best sources of folic acid. Liver is natures most concentrated source of vitamin A, and it's a highly usuable form of iron. Liver contains trace elements such as copper, zinc and chromium, an unidentified anti-fatigue factor, and CoQ10, a nutrient that is especially important for cardio-vascular function.
